Ekoh ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website, application, SMS services, and other services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address when you sign up, opt-in to SMS alerts, or contact customer support.

2. SMS & Communications Data

When you consent to receive SMS notifications from Ekoh, your phone number will NEVER be sold or distributed to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. The express purpose of collecting your phone number is strictly to provide automated B2B system alerts (e.g., new lead capture notifications).

3. Google User Data & Integration Scopes

Ekoh offers optional integrations with Google Workspace APIs (such as Google Calendar and Google Tag Manager) to automate your workflow. If you choose to connect your Google Account:

  • What we collect: Our application strictly requests limited OAuth scopes specifically related to managing Tag Manager containers and reading/writing calendar appointments.
  • How we use it: For Google Tag Manager, we use the API access solely to push and inject our chat widget snippet onto your workspace to automate installation on your behalf. For Google Calendar, we strictly check your availability (Free/Busy) and insert new bookings natively generated by your voice agent interaction to avoid double-bookings. We DO NOT use this data for any other unrelated purposes.
  • Sharing & Disclosure: We absolutely DO NOT share, transfer, sell, or disclose your Google user data to any external third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers under any circumstances.
  • Data Protection & Retention: All Google authentication tokens securely reside in enterprise-grade remote databases deployed over TLS-encrypted connections. If you securely disconnect your integration from your Ekoh Dashboard, your backend tokens and linked identifiers are aggressively and permanently wiped from our database.
Google API Services Limited Use Compliance:

Ekoh's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Security

We deploy strict physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your information, including end-to-end encryption for database storage and communications.
