Refund Policy

Ekoh provides a clear and fair refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your voice agent while acknowledging the upfront engineering and configuration work required to deploy your custom solution.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscriptions)
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on your subscription payments (both Monthly and Annual plans). Whether you chose a plan with a setup fee or a zero-setup fee option, if you are not satisfied with your voice agent's performance within the first 14 days of activation, you may request a full refund of your subscription payment. After 14 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2. Non-Refundable Setup Fees
If you selected a pricing tier that includes a one-time setup fee, this fee is strictly non-refundable. The setup fee covers the immediate labor, custom configuration, phone number provisioning, and engineering resources deployed to build and launch your custom agent. Because this work is completed upfront, we cannot refund this portion of your initial payment under any circumstances. (If you selected the Zero-Setup Option, this section does not apply to you).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for your subscription payment within the eligible 14-day window, please contact our support team at billing@ekoh.io with your business name and account details. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
