Ekoh provides a clear and fair refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your AI agent while acknowledging the upfront engineering and configuration work required to deploy your custom solution.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Subscription)

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on your monthly subscription fee. If you are not satisfied with your AI agent's performance within the first 14 days of activation, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription payment. After 14 days, all monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

2. Non-Refundable Setup Fees

Please note that one-time setup fees are strictly non-refundable. The setup fee covers the immediate labor, custom configuration, phone number provisioning, and engineering resources deployed to build and launch your custom AI agent. Because this work is completed upfront, we cannot refund this portion of your initial payment under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your monthly subscription within the eligible 14-day window, please contact our support team at billing@ekoh.io with your business name and account details. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
